Delivery
Delivery of goods is made once full payment is made through PayPal. Deliveries are sent via Royal Mail Second Class. International deliveries are sent via Royal Mail economy or signed & tracked for, please choose your preferred method when completing your order. Please allow 5 – 10 days for delivery. Goods may also be delivered in more than one delivery. International deliveries may take longer and in some cases up to 21 days. For international deliveries, BY SELINA is not responsible for any import taxes or duties to be paid, these will be paid by the customer as each destination has differing rules, please check before ordering.
Cancellations, Returns, Refunds.
In line with distance selling regulations, you have 14 days to change your mind on your purchase. Your package must be returned unopened to BY SELINA at our PO address. All packages must have been unopened and tamper labels in tact. BY SELINA is not responsible for return costs. Returns must be sent as signed for recorded delivery.
