The BY SELINA Hydrating Curl Gel is a wonderfully light and non-sticky gel which gives a light hold for bouncy, defined curls. Apply the gel to soaking wet hair, leave to dry while the cast forms around the curl. Once dry scrunch out the cast to reveal hydrated, shiny curls.
